House Policies
Georgia Shakespeare prides itself on offering world class theatre in a casual setting.
To help us ensure the comfort, safety and enjoyment of all our patrons, it is the duty of our House Management staff to enforce certain policies. Please read over the following policies prior to your visit:
- Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the House Manager.
- No photographic or sound recording devices are allowed in the theatre.
- Patrons with pagers or cellular phones must place them on “silent” mode or give them, with a seat location, to the House Manager.
- No food is allowed in the theatre. Patrons are allowed to bring drinks into the theatre, providing they are in plastic cups.
- Infants are only allowed in the theatre for Family Classics presentations.
- During performances, please take any crying or restless children into the lobby so that they may catch their breath.
- Unless otherwise noted, Georgia Shakespeare productions may not be suitable for children under the age of six. Please use discretion when bringing children into the theatre.

Box Office Policies
- Will Call windows open 90 minutes prior to curtain time.
- Box office, Gift shop and Groundlings Café will remain open for 30 minutes following each performance.
- Please note that the box office is unable to process exchanges during the 45 minutes prior to curtain time. Please bring your request to the box office during intermission.

Georgia Shakespeare performs at the Conant Performing Arts Center at Oglethorpe University. This is an indoor venue and rain will not affect the performance.
