Jennifer Bauer-Lyons (Managing Director & Director of Intern Company) Jennifer’s career in the arts spans both the creative and the administrative. She most recently worked for Horizon Theatre Company serving as the Managing Producer & Founder/Director of the Apprentice Company. Jennifer has also worked creatively with Theatre in the Square, Essential Theatre Company, Cincinnati Playhouse in the Park, Shakespeare Theatre of New Jersey, Opera Memphis, University of Memphis, and Waco Civic Theatre; and administratively with the Chicago Symphony Orchestra and Lyric Opera of Chicago. She holds a MFA in theatre Directing from the University of Memphis and BA in Vocal Music performance, Theatre, and English from Ripon College and is a member of the Stage Directors and Choreographers Society, the professional national labor union.

Hazel Douglas (Business Manager) A graduate of Agnes Scott College with a degree in Economics and Organizational Management, Hazel is connected to the arts as a longtime volunteer with the City of Decatur’s Arts Festival and Annual Book Fair. A native of Guyana, South America, Hazel is seasoned, versatile and analytical finance professional with extensive experience in accounting, bookkeeping, finance, tax consulting, market research and business management for small businesses and within the banking, and now, non-profit industries.

Daryl Fazio (Graphic Designer) specializes in graphic design for the arts and works for several other theatres in Atlanta and around the country as a freelancer. She is also a playwright and actor with a few moderately recognizable credits and was a college professor (graphic design) in a previous life. Jordan Flowers (Development Director) Jordan holds an MA in Arts Administration from Savannah College of Art and Design and a BA in Theatre Studies and Sociology from Emory University. She has worked in development for various nonprofits in Atlanta including Horizon Theatre Company, the International Community School, and most recently Open Hand Atlanta. When not raising money, she enjoys volunteering with the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Georgia, serving as an advisor for the Alpha Delta Pi sorority, and being a member of the Junior League of Atlanta. She is a recipient of the Nonprofit Leaders 30 Under 30 Award from the Georgia Center for Nonprofits and the Young Nonprofit Professionals Network of Atlanta. She is excited to be joining the Georgia Shakespeare team!

Richard Garner (Producing Artistic Director and co-founder) Trained as an actor at the American Conservatory Theater and in theatre administration at Double Image Theatre in New York, Richard has guided Georgia Shakespeare from a 4-week summer season in 1986 to a LORT D company producing year-round mainstage and educational programming.  As a director, he most recently directed Much Ado About Nothing, The Glass Menagerie, Noises Off, his world-premiere adaptation of The Odyssey: A Journey Home at Georgia Shakespeare and Tom Key’s adaptation of A Confederacy of Dunces at Theatrical Outfit.  As an actor, he most recently appeared as Charlie Aiken in August: Osage County at the Alliance Theatre Company.  In addition to numerous shows for the GS mainstage and Shakespeare for Students tours, Richard has guest directed at the Alliance Theatre Company, Theater Emory, Gainesville Theater Alliance, and Springer Opera House.  He has served as a grants panelist for Theater Communications Group, Georgia Council for the Arts, South Carolina Arts Commission and is the past president of the Shakespeare Theater Association.  He won a 2012 Suzi Bass Award for Best Director, was a 2011 finalist for the Zelda Fichandler Directing Award and has been recognized with the Lifetime Achievement Award from the Georgia Theater Conference, the Flourish Award for Arts Leadership from Kennesaw State University, the ABBY Award for Outstanding Arts Professional from the Arts and Business Council of Atlanta and as a LEXUS Leader of the Arts in Atlanta.  He has a B.A. in English and Theater from Berry College and a two-year conservatory certificate from the American Conservatory Theatre.

Richard lives in Lake Claire with his wife, Karen Robinson, a professor of theatre at Kennesaw State University.  In addition to working in the theatre, he is an avid collector of southern folk art, international naïve art, southern folk pottery and enjoys getting in his sea kayak whenever he can.

Katy Munroe (Costume Designer & Coordinator) is a graduate of Berry College.  Katy has worked with Georgia Shakespeare since its early days.  In addition to her work in costuming, Katy creates original art that has been seen at Wimble Designs, on The Christopher Lowell Show, and in Home Companion magazine.

Allen O'Reilly (Education Director) Allen has been affiliated with the company for 23 years as an actor and teacher. He was made an Associate Artist in 1992, and became Education Director in 2004 overseeing Georgia Shakespeare's fourteen education offerings. Since that time he has directed the High School Touring productions and has also co- directed several Family Classic productions and directed The Jungle Book and last summer's The Emperor and The Nightingale. In addition, Allen had written and directed adaptations for Georgia Shakespeare's elementary and residency programs including: Will's Dream, Boot Camp Shakespeare!, A Tale of Two Shrews and Tempest Tossed! For Georgia Shakespeare's school tours he has written Miguel's Shakespearean Adventure and Will's World. Allen majored in Theatre at Northern Arizona University, and received his professional theatre training at Actor's Lab Arizona and at The Alliance Theatre Intern Program.

Daviorr Snipes (Ticket & Sales Manager) Daviorr is thrilled to be a part of the Georgia Shakespeare family. With a vast work history, Daviorr has a background in education as an English teacher in the Fulton County school system and as an actor being a long time member of the Actor's Equity Association. Hailing from Macon, Georgia, Daviorr spent several years living and working in New York City performing with TheaterWorks USA and as a ticket sales manager with Keith Prowse Entertainment and the graduate theater department of NYU. His performance background has also led him to working with a variety of theaters nationally particularly in California, Indiana and New Hampshire just to name a few. He received his Bachelors Degree in Theater from New York University and is a proud alum of the Tisch School of the Arts. He also received his Associates Degree in Drama from Gordon State College in Barnesville, Georgia. It is good to be home working in the Atlanta theater community!
